Welcome to the homepage for Metropolitan State University's Inter Faculty Organization. IFO is the union that represents resident and community faculty at the seven Minnesota state universities. Through the IFO, we negotiate and enforce our contract, establish and serve on committees which guide all academic and curricular decisions, provide recommendations and feedback to administration on policies and procedures, and form a collective voice in advocating for faculty.

All resident and community faculty are encouraged to join the Inter Faculty Organization.
